Data Governance & Control

  • You Control Retention: You have complete control over your data. You can request data deletion at any time, and all of your information will be permanently removed from our systems according to your instructions.
  • Legal Framework (NDA & DPA): All engagements begin with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality. We operate under a strict Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that governs how your data is handled, processed, and protected in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • No Model Training Outside Your Context: Your business data is exclusively used to provide our service to you. It is never used to train our AI models for other customers or any external purposes. Your insights remain your own.

Data Minimization & Privacy

  • Least Data Principle: We only work with the minimum amount of data required to generate your CEO Action Brief. Our templates are designed to extract only the necessary operational metrics, not entire databases.
  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Avoidance: Our process is designed to avoid the ingestion of PII by default. We focus on project, financial, and operational data, not personal data related to your employees or customers.

Secure Infrastructure & Operations

  • Isolated Workspace: Each client's data is processed in a completely isolated and secure cloud workspace. There is no cross-mingling of data between customers, ensuring strict privacy and security boundaries.
  • Encryption at Rest and in Transit: All data, whether it is being stored or transmitted between our systems, is encrypted using industry-standard protocols like TLS 1.2+ and AES-256.
  • Secure Export Drop: We provide a secure, dedicated channel for your weekly data exports, ensuring that your information is protected from the moment it leaves your systems.
